Roxy Moxy Casino Review: Is It Legit?
Written by: Filip Gromovic Reviewed by: Nashon Khamala
Many United States residents cannot currently gamble in online casinos because these platforms are prohibited by law. The best alternative for these gamblers is to play at sweepstakes sites. This Roxy Moxy casino review will tell you everything you need to know about its legal status, payment methods, and safety. What Is Roxy Moxy & How This Sweepstakes Casino Works
Roxy Moxy is a sweepstakes platform that was launched in July 2026 by Rainforest Ltd. At the time of launch, RoxyMoxy Casino had only 30+ slots, supplied by licensed developers. The number of games in its library has grown by over 800%.
Like every other social gaming site, Roxy Moxy operates a two-coin system, the Gold Coin (GC) and the Secret Coins (SC). While GC can be purchased, SC is either given freely to players who complete certain activities or comes as part of Gold Coin packages.
Punters can play in the fun mode using their Gold Coins or play in the gambling mode using Secret Coins. GC has no monetary value and is used purely for fun. SC, on the other hand, can be redeemed at the rate of 1SC equals to $1. If you are one of those asking, “Is Roxy Moxy Casino legit”? The simple answer is yes!

Roxy Moxy Casino Availability Across US States
Residents of California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Utah, Washington, and West Virginia are not currently allowed to create an account on this sweepstakes’ website. There are ongoing debates in some of these States that could reverse the legal status of social sites in the near future.
Residents of the remaining 33 States can create an account and start playing their favorite titles on Roxy Moxy. The only caveat is that they must be 21 years or older. This is significantly higher compared to the 18 years minimum that is usually set on real money gambling sites.
In October 2026, Governor Gavin Newsom of California officially signed a bill that prohibited dual-currency sweepstakes into law. That gesture effectively made all sweepstakes casinos in the State illegal. California has become the second State, after New York, to ban any form of online sweepstakes gambling in the United States.

Residents of California can still enjoy games on sweepstakes platforms that operate under federal sweepstakes’ law. These websites offer real slots and the chance to win prizes without violating the California gambling regulations.
Roxy Moxy Casino Bonus Review & Bonus Terms
When Roxy Moxy launched in 2026, new players were offered 50,000 GC and 2.5 SC. That offering has shrunk slightly. New members now get 40,000 GC and 2 SC for free upon creating and verifying their account with the platform. No deposit is required to claim the Roxy Moxy Casino no deposit bonus. This provides users with more than enough coins to explore all the titles on the platform.
Beyond the welcome package, there is a long list of recurring bonuses that allow members to replenish their GC and SC accounts. Some of these offers are so large that a recreational punter may never need to make any purchase. For better bonus clarity, below are the bonuses and promotional offers you will find on this social gambling website, described without promo hype.

- First purchase bonus – New players will get up to 40% discount across several bundles. This allows them to accumulate more coins and extend their play time. No Roxy Moxy bonus code or promo code is required.
- Daily Free Credits – Every day that you log into your account, the website will reward you. The perks can reach 15,000 Gold Coins and 0.2 Special Coins if you sustain your login streak. This offer is only available after you complete phone number verification.
- Mail-in Bonus – Members can mail in a card to the website and get 2 SC. You must follow the instructions provided in the Sweeps Policy section 3 V. Cards that don’t follow the instructions will be turned down.
- Referral Bonus – Every time a new player joins the platform using your unique referral link and completes their first purchase, you will get 300,000 Gold Coins and 10 Special Coins.
Slot Library & Gaming Software Providers
This social site started with just 36 slots in its library. The number of titles on the platform has jumped to over 250 casino-style slots, presenting members with more gambling options. Table games, progressive jackpot slots, specialty titles (keno, scratch cards, bingo), and live dealer titles are still not available to members.
In the early days, the main software providers were RubyPlay, Spinomenal, and Koala Games. RoxyMoxy Casino has now partnered with more licensed software providers, including 3 Oaks Gaming, Betsoft, Onlyplay, BGaming, Booming Games, Fugaso, and Peter & Sons, to expand the experience available to members.
Although RubyPlay and Spinomenal have released hundreds of slots each, only a handful of their titles have been added to Roxy Moxy’s catalog. Some of the popular titles from Spinomenal that are currently on the platform are Story of Zeus, Queen of Water, and Super Miner Golden Treasure.
Unfortunately, the lack of game diversity simply means you must be a slot lover to enjoy your time on the website. This will definitely be a setback for table game players. Since it is still a young platform that is rapidly evolving, table games may become part of the game catalog in the future.

Banking, KYC Verification & Withdrawal Timing

- $9.99 for 280,000 GC + 14 SC
- $19.99 for 560,000 GC + 28 SC

The available banking options for making purchases include credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, ACH transfer, and Prepaid cards. There are currently no crypto options for purchases or redemptions. Punters can only redeem their Special Coins through ACH transfer and prepaid cards. While purchases are completed instantly, Roxy Moxy Casino redemption requests can take 3 to 7 days, depending on the method used.
Although Special Coins are redeemable, the minimum cashout amount you can redeem is 100. Also, it is important to note that there is a 1x wagering requirement on SC before it will be available for withdrawal. This means that you must wager at least 100 SC before you can redeem coins of the same value. There is a redemption cap of $10,000 daily.
Standard identity verification (KYC verification) is required before you complete your first payment. The requirement for completing the account verification includes a government-issued ID and a bank statement. These identity checks make sure your payment information matches the name on your account.

Is Roxy Moxy Legit? Trust & Platform Transparency
Unlike some faceless social platforms, Roxy Moxy was launched by Rainforest Ltd. While the operator is not based in the US, it has a physical US address where players can submit their handwritten request cards for free Secret Coins.
The platform doesn’t hold any license, since social gaming sites are not mandated to hold licenses. All the software providers the platform has partnered with are all licensed, which supports the view that Roxy Moxy Casino is legit.
In terms of safety, users can rest easy knowing that the website is secured using SSL encryption. This is the same level of security used by financial institutions to secure all financial transactions and payment information.
Roxy Moxy Casino reviews on Trustpilot have been positive. The website currently has a 4.1-star rating out of 5 from a total of 197 reviews. In most Roxy Moxy Casino reviews, users have praised the user-friendly interface and the quality of games found on the platform.

Customer Support & Help Resources
A lot has improved since July 2026 when Roxy was launched. Members have more ways to get help. During the platform launch, members had the option to email the dedicated support address provided on the website. You can easily find the address on the RoxyMoxy Casino website footer. Alternatively, punters could click through to the support page and fill out the contact form.
The live chat option was also available, where punters could chat with an agent and get immediate answers to their queries. There is sometimes traffic, and you will be required to stay in a queue. Whether you use email or live chat, the response time is usually fast.
Eventually, a dedicated FAQ page was added. It contained several resources that gave punters who love DIY a sense of belonging.

User Experience, Login & Mobile Access
Roxy features a simplified casino-style design with a high-society Art Deco art style. Instead of animated banners and buttons, the design is flat, which helps with loading time. It lacks the modern flair you will find in newer gaming sites. The PC and mobile sessions are identical, which is both good and bad.
The good part is that punters can easily switch from playing on one platform to another with zero learning curve, using the same Roxy Moxy Casino login details. The bad news, on the other hand, is that the website doesn’t automatically adapt to screen size, which hurts mobile usability. Trying the zoom on the desktop won’t be much useful either.
Another positive takeaway is that there are no surprises with the website and category menu locations.
